Candidate Referrals

$100 initial payout PLUS:

Up to $2000 Permanent Placement

Client Referrals

Permanent Placement: Up to $2,000 Payout
Contract Assignment: Up to $750 payout (13 weeks)
PRN Assignment: Up to $500 payout after candidate worked 250hrs

*Referrals can not be current or former clients/candidates of CompuRay Medical Staffing. Payouts will be made within 14 days following minimum time requirements of contract (Typically 3 months).

While certain agencies aid in licensing, most prioritize active credentials. Compuray is a full service agency so you won't have to try and handle the onboarding alone.

What is the difference between local and travel assignments? +

Local assignments don't usually come with a max contract length or end date, unlike travel assignments which do have an end date. Plus, local gigs offer a straightforward taxable hourly rate, while travel gigs often have a taxed hourly rate along with an untaxed stipend.
